![]() Paul, Bonnie and Charlie EIOH play their first Norwich gig on 24 February 2012 and you need to be there: online tickets from the button at the bottom of this linked page Electricity In Our Homes headline wombatwombat on Friday 24 February 2012 @ NACElectricity in our Homes: For fans of… …Good, good sounds! Talking Heads, Liars, The Fall, Bowie. For anybody that hasn't seen you before, what can they expect? A brilliant show! Your debut album, Dear Shareholder, is out the Monday after your wombatwombat gig, why has it been five years in the making… …Actually it's been ready a while, it's only the signing process etc that has eaten up some time. Also for the first two years we were a four-piece band. We kinda started again three years ago…
What are the three most important things we need to know about the album? 1. It's the best album you'll hear this year, apart from our second album…Ha ha! 2. The artwork is amazing too. 3. It's a great, honest vinyl. And what makes it one of the must-have releases of 2012? You decide that one… *smiles* Which other London bands should we keep tabs on this year? Hatcham Social, Cover Girl (includes members of Wet Dog), The Diddlers, We have solo records coming out too, Charlie's first. All on the mighty Blank Editions! What are your plans for the rest of the year? We are touring Europe again from the end of March and currently booking gigs for the UK. We're playing in Ireland again this summer…Will be nice I think. What else do we absolutely need to know about EIOH? Listen to the records… It's all there. Oh and Paul has an allotment, Charlie only eats meat and Bonnie has never seen a £50 note. Social media snapshot Which social media do you use and how do you rate them in terms of the best way to promote your band, with 1 being the best?
EIOH is powered by Bonnie: bass and singing. Charlie: guitar and singing. Paul: drum set and singing.
