Digging deeperIt's time for wombatwombat's final outing ahead of our annual summer hibernation, making Friday 7 June at Norwich Arts Centre the place to soak up some scorching new sounds from the indie underground with a headline set from the hotly-tipped LOOM – as seen at this year's Live In Liverpool and The Great Escape music industry showcases and playing on The Rolling Stones' 50th anniversary gig at Hyde Park on 6 July – making their Norwich debut, plus it's an EP launch for Die You Now and a pre-European tour warm-up show for the recently reshuffled Darwin & the Dinosaur: exciting times! So here's to another amazing night of aural pleasuring from the team that first brought Norwich, among many other bands, The National, Blood Red Shoes, The Joy Formidable, Pulled Apart By Horses and Night Engine followed by a splendid holiday season… Suffice to say we can't wait 'til our return on Friday 13 September – details TBA soon. |
